A Democratic representative wasn't obtaining a ball at Thursday night's Congressional Baseball Recreation when her crew misplaced 10-, prompting her to make an obscene gesture.

Rep. Linda Sanchez (D-CA) was seen giving large-fives to the Republicans following the match ended, but then she ran past the GOP's dugout and flipped her center finger. Sanchez has been roundly criticized for her "classless" sportsmanship in the footage captured by C-SPAN.

"Rep. Linda Sanchez is classless," Nick Adams, the president of the nonprofit Foundation for Liberty and American Greatness, wrote on social media. "Offering the center finger to the GOP Baseball crew is hateful and divisive. Sanchez should be banned from all potential Congressional baseball game titles and permanently stripped of all committees."
